The latest OGCA Member project that we're showcasing is:
Project: Gladstone Hotel (Queen and Dufferin)
Description: The project scope includes the complete restoration and renovation of the 5 storey, 35,000 square foot building. The hotel's redevelopment includes new mechanical, electrical and life safety systems, complete upgrade to 52 guest suites and ground floor bars. The hotel will also feature the reconstruction of the main entrance canopy, building facade and the restoration of Toronto's only hand operated elevator.
Maher Construction was retained by Eb Zeidler of Zeidler Partnership Architects to restore Toronto's oldest operating hotel.
